Summer Cooling Checks: Install Gauges and Check operating pressures • Check voltage and amperage to entire system • Check air temperature drop across the coil • Check air temperature across the outdoor coil • Check for Freon leaks • Check system superheat and subcooling • Change or clean air filters • Inspect fan motors • Clean outdoor unit coils • Check drain for leaks and clean • Inspect all electronics (Thermostat, Control Board) • Inspect ultra violet bulb and replace if necessary

Winter Cooling Checks: Clean safety controls (Flame Sensor, Rollout Switch) • Inspect burners and controls (gas) • Check operating pressures (Heat Pump) • Clean outdoor coil (Heat Pump) • Check temperature across furnace • Inspect for gas or Freon leaks • Change or clean air filters • Combustion analyzer and efficiency check • Check and adjust gas pressure • Inspect all electronics (Thermostat, Control Board) • Inspect fan motors • Replace Humidifier Pad
